You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form and to use the site only for a genuine rental search.
Locating is free to renters. Participating apartment communities pay us a referral fee when a renter we refer signs a lease.
To receive credit, list Fancy Apartments and your agent's name on your guest card and rental application.
Pricing, availability, specials, and floor plans come from the communities and can change daily without notice. Listings on this site are examples, not offers or guarantees.
Your locator confirms current pricing and availability directly with the community before you tour or apply.
Every lease and application is between you and the property owner or manager. Approval decisions, fees, deposits, and lease terms are set by the community.
Application fees and administrative fees are generally non-refundable, including if you change your mind.
When you submit a form you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email about your search, including automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of any service, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We follow federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Our agents cannot answer questions about the safety or demographics of a neighborhood or community.
